Recently injured? Or dealing with a long term injury? We have experience in treating a wide range of conditions. It is never too late to start addressing issues you may be experiencing. If you are wondering if we can help with your condition, sign up for a free 15-min consult and we can answer your questions.
Exercise Prescription
Based on your individual goals, current level of function and in-depth history of your injury, our Physiotherapists will help design an exercise program for your needs. It is important to us that your exercise plan is meaningful, engaging and enjoyable. All sessions include an individualized exercise program through PhysiApp.
Healthy Aging
Our bodies change as we age, but that doesn’t mean we need to stop doing what we love. Exercise is one of the best forms of preventative medicine, and can help improve the quality of life at any age.
